Hello! My name is Deyanira and I'm a licensed esthetician located in Lawrenceville/Duluth, Georgia. I've been a wax specialist for 5 years and I love what I do more and more every day. I truly believe waxing is an art and a successful wax requires many skills. Waxing doesn't have to be "painful" or "awkward" and you'll always feel comfortable and confident with me. I personalize every service to your individual needs and comfort level. My goal is to leave you hairless while also keeping you and your skin safe. PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS + NO SHOW POLICY •By appointment ONLY •We accept all major Cards 3.5% convenience fee •The rest of the balance has to be paid in EXACT CASH at your appointment. •No shows will be charged 50% of the service fee PLEASE READ WHEN COMING TO APPOINTMENT •The address is sent a day before your appointment through text. Cancellation Policy
Clients have 24 hours before their appointment to cancel WITHOUT penalty. Any cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the appointment will be charged 50% of their scheduled services. NO shows and SAME DAY cancellation will be charged 100% of their service fee WITHOUT EXCEPTION, NO REFUNDS. Please be considerate as this is small business where every appointment is valued and appreciated. This policy still applies to sickness/ Covid related cancellations. We understand that sickness can be sudden and unexpected, the policy is in place to protect the business.
